I love feeling like my body is strong and healthy and can do anything I ask of it and I love that my job can help you feel this way also.
I am a structural osteopath, meaning I look at the body and how it moves, making adjustments where necessary, to help you move more freely and without pain. It is a hands on treatment, involving a variety of osteopathic techniques including soft tissue massage, joint articulation and joint manipulation. Like Rachel, I also use Dry Needling (Western Acupuncture) as part of my treatment offering.
I also like to work with clients in our on site gym where we can go through a more in-depth functional movement examination, to analyse your movement in relation to the activity you are involved in, before providing you with exercises to perform at home/in the gym, that compliment my treatment.
At Nimble, we’re keen on empowering you to help yourself to recover as well as prevent problems reoccurring. We can build a program of rehabilitation around treatment that suits you, be that a tailored home exercise plan, follow on exercise classes, or 1-2-1 personal training. Whatever your goal is from treatment, we can help you achieve it.

My love of the human body and how it moved was what initially drew me to osteopathy. Thankfully (many years later) I still love what I do (!) as there is rarely a day that doesn’t present with a challenge or a learning experience.
My approach to treatment varies depending on how your body presents that day and no one treatment is the same. I combine my background in massage with my classic osteopathic techniques of joint articulation and manipulation to tailor my treatment to what your body needs. I also use Dry Needling (Western Acupuncture) as an adjunct to my hands on treatment, to help relax tense muscles and improve blood supply. I treat everyone from babies to older adults.
